Our conveyor belt recycling plant has been custom-built to handle any size roll and weight, meaning we can take belts that weigh up to 60 ton.

Our process involves passing the belt over a four-meter inspection table, whereby the operator determines the state of the conveyor belt and the degree of contamination. The operator decides whether the conveyor belt is recycled or reclaimed.

If the conveyor belt is to be recycled, we process it further for utilisation in foreign end markets.

If the conveyor belt is to be reclaimed, it undergoes a cleaning process and is cut to specific lengths for use in the agricultural industry.

Our plant is capable of processing 50 – 100 tonnes per day.
